As a young man, Michael Senior's family would come to the lakes region to ski, hike, and enjoy all the great activities the mountains of New Hampshire had to offer.

When his boys were born, he continued that tradition with them, and they too grew up enjoying all the fun and beauty of the Mount Washington Valley region. "But, why only a week here or there?" They would ask. "Wouldn't it'd be great to live there?"

So over the next many years they planned and worked together to find a place for all of them. But along the way they decided they should build additional cabins to let others enjoy what they loved about the area. That's when the idea for The Cabins at Timber Ridge was born.
